Bond No. 9 accepts returns for products purchased on our website within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. Due to the nature of luxury fragrance, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or unsealed.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Concierge Service via email or phone with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original box along with any promotional samples or gifts included in the initial shipment.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; keep your tracking number for reference.
Receive Refund
Once our boutique team inspects the return for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
