What is the standard shipping time for luxury fragrances?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Please note that due to the alcohol content in our perfumes, all orders must be shipped via ground transportation.
Are Bond No. 9 products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to state that our fragrances are vegan and we do not conduct animal testing on any of our products or ingredients.
What is your return policy for opened perfumes?
To ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards, we only accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original cellophane packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Do you offer samples before committing to a full-size bottle?
We provide two complimentary samples with every full-size bottle purchase so you can explore other scents in our collection. We do not sell samples individually at this time.
How should I store my Bond No. 9 fragrance to ensure longevity?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom dresser rather than a bathroom.
Can I refill my collectible Bond No. 9 Swarovski bottles?
Currently, our bottles are designed as single-use decorative pieces to maintain the hermetic seal and scent purity; however, we offer a recycling program at our boutique locations.
